Fixed prices.
Finished documents.

Programme reporting and delay analysis for UK contractors and subcontractors — productised. You send your records; you receive a finished, referenced document at a fixed price. Built on 25+ years of planning: Costain, Gardiner & Theobald, co-founder of InCo Projects, delay analyst at Delta Consulting Group. I've lived both sides — producing the records on live projects, and forensically analysing them in disputes.

The Problem

Weekly and monthly reports eat days of planning time. Delay claims die in drawers or take too long to produce because the analysis costs more than the claim — consultancy rates for this work run £180–£250 an hour, and most of those hours are spent wrestling messy records into shape before any analysis starts.

I've automated the record-wrangling. The analysis, the method and the production stay with an experienced planner. You pay a fixed price for a finished document.

You receive: within 3 working days: a complete report pack — executive dashboard, planned v actual analysis, critical path movement, slippage register with evidenced causes, resource and trend charts, four-week lookahead, and a plain-English narrative that flags potential delay events while the records are fresh.

NEC programme services
Clause 32 & Clause 62

NEC32 — revised programme for acceptance + narrative. Each cycle (monthly or 4-weekly to match your Contract Data): a cl. 32.1-compliant revised programme — actual progress, implemented compensation events, recovery measures, terminal float and time risk allowances visible — plus a submission narrative, pre-checked against the cl. 31.3 reasons for non-acceptance before it goes to the Project Manager. Within 3 working days.

NEC62 — compensation event quotation programme. Per CE: the Accepted Programme at the dividing date, the impacted programme, a delay demonstration narrative, and the time entitlement for your cl. 62 quotation, assessed per cl. 63.5. Within 5 working days — well inside the 3-week quotation window.

Bundle: the Clause 32 cycle plus up to two CE quotation programmes per cycle, £1,800. An out-of-date or rejected programme costs you money under NEC — this keeps the machinery alive for less than a day of consultancy rates.

Price:

NEC32 £950/cycle

NEC62 from £950 per CE

Bundle: £1,800/cycle

ClaimReady
delay claim evidence pack

You send: your project records as they exist — programmes, site diaries, correspondence, instructions, RFIs, photos, minutes. Don't tidy them.

You receive: within 10 working days of complete records: a windows-style delay analysis consistent with the SCL Protocol, a fully referenced narrative in which every factual assertion cites a source document, an evidence schedule, and an entitlement summary that states openly what is and is not claimed. Gaps in your records are flagged within 2 working days.

Price:

£5,000 fixed

First trial job £2,500

Every pack passes a documented quality check before issue: figures traced to source, references resolved, dates reconciled, critical path logic explained. The check results are included in the document.

Who is this for

Operations, Contracts and Commercial Managers, Project Managers and Directors of UK contractors and subcontractors, from roughly (but not limited to) £2m–£100m turnover — businesses that need consultancy-grade reporting and claims documents without consultancy overheads.

How it works

1. Email what you have. You get a written confirmation of what's usable and what's missing — within 2 working days.

2. Fixed price agreed before any work starts. No hourly billing.

3. You receive a finished document, not a draft that needs your time to complete.

Sample packs from a worked example project are available on request.

Test it on a real job

One trial ClaimReady pack at £2,500, one trial month of ProgressPack at £750, one trial month of SitePulse at £500, or one trial NEC Clause 32 cycle at £425. If the document isn't useful, say so and don't pay.
